We service and repair Resistoflex NEW and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Resistoflex NEW include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the NEW if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our NEW repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK
Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexnord parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Sankyo product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the RF37DR63M6 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 37CBCPLG manufactured by Rexnord and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexnord systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6TF1C by Manufacturer Sankyo as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Sew Brand R42LP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rex such as 7CTDM equipment made by Rex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CLC88F made by Ruland as well as the popular ES57300330 original spares produced by Rexnord
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S67AM145 by Sew and 7CTDM spares by Rex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 53211022 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rockford-Dynatorq.
