Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rca TC1604/7 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Regal products, including obsoleted and phased-out Regulating-Control-Systems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Reer product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Regal such as the VF2S216 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RCS8200SNBA1 manufactured by Regulating-Control-Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most Regulating-Control-Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MOR4804036818510882 by Manufacturer Reer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Rdp-Group Brand ACT8000C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Red-Lion such as AIMI0202 equipment made by Red-Lion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Red-Lion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Red-Lion" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 3471VDL100ADI made by Rcm as well as the popular 4910000 original spares produced by Rees

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 490014 by Reliance-Electric and AIMI0202 spares by Red-Lion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VP1215 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Relcon.
