Quantum Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Quantum TAZXX and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Quantum TAZXX include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the TAZXX if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our TAZXX repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rank such as the k510407f1734 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 600075001A manufactured by Raster-Graphics and we are pleased to be able to service most Raster-Graphics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EPC2325 by Manufacturer Toshiba as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Indramat Brand RECOG0501 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rae such as P20888 equipment made by Rae have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rae products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rae" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MF06LA104 made by Rm as well as the popular 154012071C original spares produced by Raymond
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PCBAD07122CE071 by Ramsey and P20888 spares by Rae are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
