Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Quad Tech QT-254150 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Quick product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the 365ATZ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8011340 manufactured by Reer and we are pleased to be able to service most Reer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FLBX2012S000C01 by Manufacturer Quick as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Reliance Brand 3KAC39139RP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Red such as G310C000 equipment made by Red have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Red products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Red" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 79C9951G made by Reliance as well as the popular IMD13103 original spares produced by Red

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FAM0086143 by Quality-Import and G310C000 spares by Red are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FGBT18055240T00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Quick.
