Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Psion Tech LOGIX parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Reliance product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the 6150551S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0518653 manufactured by Reliance and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 45C201 by Manufacturer Reliance as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Quick Brand FLBXS4005SLVC01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rapistan-Systems such as F003400102 equipment made by Rapistan-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rapistan-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rapistan-Systems" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 57HSE76N made by Rattm-Motor as well as the popular 1943 original spares produced by Reliance

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 98094 by Rbf and F003400102 spares by Rapistan-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
