Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Proface GP7W3-BG41-24V parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pro-face-Digital-Electronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Radisys parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Quick product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pro-face-Digital-Electronics such as the 298007802GP2500SC4124V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EPC5 manufactured by Radisys and we are pleased to be able to service most Radisys systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FLBX8012SLV0C01 by Manufacturer Quick as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Quick Brand FLBX4005S000C01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Psi such as 010081660 equipment made by Psi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Psi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Psi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 10466802 made by Qualitrol as well as the popular 6205 original spares produced by Pulsteknik-Ab,-Iro-Ipf

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2313994R2 by Rapiscan and 010081660 spares by Psi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5013004E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Puma.
