Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Proface AGP3300-S1-D24-D81K parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Carrier products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 New-Niec-Igbt-Module product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Carrier such as the 32MP400424 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2711K6C52711K6C8 manufactured by Allen-Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NIECIGBTMODULEPGH10016AM by Manufacturer New-Niec-Igbt-Module as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Proface Brand GP2300TC4124V298007002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nitsuko such as BCC2500STA equipment made by Nitsuko have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nitsuko products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nitsuko" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available F150M05L made by Omron as well as the popular AB3135 original spares produced by Kadant-Aes

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RV08B by Mitsubishi and BCC2500STA spares by Nitsuko are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IC752WTE050 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge.
