We service and repair Poweramp IDOCK and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Poweramp IDOCK include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the IDOCK if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our IDOCK repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK
Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Precitec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Power-one parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Praestar product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Precitec such as the SC800 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RPM5E5E5E5E5KS379 manufactured by Power-one and we are pleased to be able to service most Power-one systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VTCNHTI4A by Manufacturer Praestar as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Printar Brand 82SDRV000Ver10Date0700 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Powertec such as C751AS4CH100 equipment made by Powertec have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 52570 by Professional-Electronics and C751AS4CH100 spares by Powertec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
