Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Potter CDC-39-30023 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sun-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Robertshaw parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Teledyne product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sun-Electric such as the 21395005 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the N11099 manufactured by Robertshaw and we are pleased to be able to service most Robertshaw systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3000T by Manufacturer Teledyne as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Skinner-Valve Brand M2343D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Square-D such as RH10M equipment made by Square-D have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Square-D products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Square-D" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 6DD16820BB0 made by Siemens as well as the popular 3TF54220XM0 original spares produced by Siemens

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6ES73552CH000AE0 by Siemens and RH10M spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6ES73221BP000AA0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens.
