Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Potter 2I0-24 2io-24 2i0-24 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Printronix products, including obsoleted and phased-out Power-one parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Prestek product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Printronix such as the 106599001AK spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SPL4010254 manufactured by Power-one and we are pleased to be able to service most Power-one systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 31A12B17 by Manufacturer Prestek as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Precision-Digital Brand PD70006R7 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Precitec such as HBG316316Z equipment made by Precitec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Precitec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Precitec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 101072571 made by Exide as well as the popular 76021560 original spares produced by Presstech

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PDD100eo by Precision-Devices and HBG316316Z spares by Precitec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4000153221001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Powertec.
