Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Placid Industries C2-24 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Power-Mate products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Power-io product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Power-Mate such as the EMA1215A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 725NQH7 manufactured by Mation and we are pleased to be able to service most Mation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DAA36V50 by Manufacturer Power-io as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Ppm Brand PPI0712011206010GP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Portec such as D7205001001A equipment made by Portec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Portec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Portec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 10540061 made by Plessey as well as the popular D204TRS original spares produced by Automation-Direct

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PL7330A8B0B0E0A0A by Power-Measurement and D7205001001A spares by Portec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 260106 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Postglover.
