Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Parker OEM 750 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Inex-Inc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Modicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Motoman-Robotics product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Inex-Inc such as the R155407001REVC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PC0984685 manufactured by Modicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Modicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RM6210 by Manufacturer Motoman-Robotics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Rubran-Electronics Brand RUB021041 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Amada such as PDTR3B10 equipment made by Amada have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Amada products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Amada" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PA230206 made by Nordson as well as the popular PAF362000DC2321 original spares produced by Square-D

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R43HENAR2NSNV00 by Pacific-Scientific and PDTR3B10 spares by Amada are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RADISM900ANT4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Phoenix-Contact.
