Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Panasonic EX-31AD-PN EX-31P parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pepperl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Process-Control parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Pressco-Technology product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pepperl such as the UC200030GME6R2V15 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C1525 manufactured by Process-Control and we are pleased to be able to service most Process-Control systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ChromaPulse by Manufacturer Pressco-Technology as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Precision-Sensors-Divison Brand D48W14 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pepperl such as DAD30 equipment made by Pepperl have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pepperl products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pepperl" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DT42040 made by Psi-tronix as well as the popular RL238H1000IR4992 original spares produced by Pepperl

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SPDOFBEx4 by Pepperl and DAD30 spares by Pepperl are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PLA742R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pixelink.
