Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pacific Scientific E41HLHT-LNK-NS-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Regal-beloit products, including obsoleted and phased-out Smc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Teco product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Regal-beloit such as the CK50E1W1126A60RWF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CKZ2N6390RX167USBAA021 manufactured by Smc and we are pleased to be able to service most Smc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DTP0206 by Manufacturer Teco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Emerson Brand DXE316WBWHITE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Electromech-Technology such as D3018C equipment made by Electromech-Technology have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available CPB150ETW26AD30DEFX0003 made by Electra as well as the popular DXM340CPG90201 original spares produced by Emerson

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DFT80N4ES1S by Sew and D3018C spares by Electromech-Technology are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
