Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pacific such as the R24HENAHSLBNV00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PMC133 manufactured by Pmc-133 and we are pleased to be able to service most Pmc-133 systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MSD5A3P1E by Manufacturer Panasonic as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Panasonic Brand MSD021A1XX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pacific such as SC754A00101 equipment made by Pacific have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available UDX5128 made by Vexta as well as the popular XFC original spares produced by T.b.
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JUSPRG08D by Yaskawa and SC754A00101 spares by Pacific are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
