Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Oriental Motor E2332-344 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pacific-Scientific products, including obsoleted and phased-out Oriental-Motor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Placid-Industries product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pacific-Scientific such as the SRF536049858482BCCU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5GK50 manufactured by Oriental-Motor and we are pleased to be able to service most Oriental-Motor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C1524 by Manufacturer Placid-Industries as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Reuland Brand OLDAE76N20B830 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Peele such as 25172 equipment made by Peele have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Peele products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Peele" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HPLA080D13B1T0965 made by Parker as well as the popular H95505 original spares produced by Reeves

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 9MCTD by Perrless-Winsmith and 25172 spares by Peele are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 20SE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexnord.
