Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ophir L30C-UA-RS232-YV-ROHS parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Shadow products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Rosemont product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Shadow such as the 9674006 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3051T manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CD2A22A2AB415P2 by Manufacturer Rosemont as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Rosemount Brand 1151GP9M22T0322D3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pepperl such as IPH18GMV1 equipment made by Pepperl have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pepperl products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pepperl" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NT603018 made by Sick as well as the popular CLV4316010 original spares produced by Sick

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4701200 by Red-Lion-Controls and IPH18GMV1 spares by Pepperl are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C40S0701AA030 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sick.
