Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Omron ZN-PD03, ZN-PDA11 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Oriental products, including obsoleted and phased-out Opto parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Ophair-spiricon product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Oriental such as the 3RK15GNA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TC12064 manufactured by Opto and we are pleased to be able to service most Opto systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M2200PS44501A by Manufacturer Ophair-spiricon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Oneac Brand CX1000P in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Optigraf-Ag such as OSC11 equipment made by Optigraf-Ag have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Optigraf-Ag products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Optigraf-Ag" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available AD5T made by Opto as well as the popular IDC5BQ original spares produced by Opto

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B1007308E by Opto and OSC11 spares by Optigraf-Ag are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RWF40000A97 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens.
