Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Neri AT80A6-B3-0.5HP-DC-BRAKE parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Parker parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Teco product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A06b0502b205 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the APEX606MO25 manufactured by Parker and we are pleased to be able to service most Parker systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AEUL by Manufacturer Teco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Fanuc Brand A06B0613B031 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vexta such as ASM66MCP36 equipment made by Vexta have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vexta products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vexta" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available A06B0756B2003100 made by Fanuc as well as the popular A06B513B002 original spares produced by Fanuc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A06B0532B572 by Fanuc and ASM66MCP36 spares by Vexta are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A6C17FR10E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leeson.
