Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nemic-lambda JWS100-24 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued North-American-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out North-American-Electric/siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Netter-Vibration product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader North-American-Electric such as the 1100B1003RHT213A000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1000B1004XHT128S4000 manufactured by North-American-Electric/siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most North-American-Electric/siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NTK by Manufacturer Netter-Vibration as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Nemicon Brand OVW2252M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Norbro such as 10RDB401SD1E0D equipment made by Norbro have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Norbro products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Norbro" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LED made by Netstal as well as the popular HES152M original spares produced by Nemicon

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4S6042032 by Nikon and 10RDB401SD1E0D spares by Norbro are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TRFC30UU Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nippon-Bearing.
