Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nematron EPC1900T-N270-2GB-40SS-W7U-WWB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Grafikontrol products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nematron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Shinko product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Grafikontrol such as the G94101E3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IC6056743103E0 manufactured by Nematron and we are pleased to be able to service most Nematron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FCR13ASM by Manufacturer Shinko as well.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC3600LDDB1 by Fanuc and EPC1900TN2702GB40SSW7UWWB spares by Nematron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
