Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Murr Elektronik #MCS10-3X400/24 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pilz products, including obsoleted and phased-out Polyscience parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Omron product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pilz such as the 312460 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9101 manufactured by Polyscience and we are pleased to be able to service most Polyscience systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E5ZTW081 by Manufacturer Omron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Partlow Brand MF79 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Omron such as H3DEM2 equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available T4811000 made by Red-Lion as well as the popular DB480B40CV original spares produced by Rkc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S56ES53750LC11 by Siemens and H3DEM2 spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TM1400 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nireco.
