Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Morris 50412 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued National-Instruments products, including obsoleted and phased-out Multiflex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Ndh product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader National-Instruments such as the 191329B04 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M10ATXXOP1213OOPPCO810000 manufactured by Multiflex and we are pleased to be able to service most Multiflex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Q0L06 by Manufacturer Ndh as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Motor-Science-Inc Brand DHB1201001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nematron such as IC533684310100 equipment made by Nematron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nematron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nematron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RHT0120UF30AS1B6A02 made by Mts as well as the popular 1WS2513 original spares produced by Nematron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RD160E71 by Nabtesco and IC533684310100 spares by Nematron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
