Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Namco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nemicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Nb product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Namco such as the EE23032820 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HES152C manufactured by Nemicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Nemicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SME16GUU by Manufacturer Nb as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Mts Brand 312000000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Motor-Power such as T115SR20EL7139A11 equipment made by Motor-Power have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Motor-Power products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Motor-Power" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MFMA552D4V3 made by Nachi as well as the popular SH166 original spares produced by Nachi
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ET22042410 by Namco and T115SR20EL7139A11 spares by Motor-Power are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1035F Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nelson-Electric-Mfg-Co.
