Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Musashi-Engineering products, including obsoleted and phased-out Moore parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Moore product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Musashi-Engineering such as the ML505XVT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 16357109 manufactured by Moore and we are pleased to be able to service most Moore systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 157992502 by Manufacturer Moore as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Moore Brand 352EA21D1F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mts such as RHT0600UD601A01 equipment made by Mts have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mts products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mts" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MSX501 made by Mori-Seiki-Fanuc as well as the popular MIW50 original spares produced by Munekata

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LBC32EAA by Motortronics and RHT0600UD601A01 spares by Mts are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
