Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Metcal products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-Systems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Micro-Switch product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Metcal such as the PS2E01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LCD192X64 manufactured by Micro-Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 63FT30 by Manufacturer Micro-Switch as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Micro Brand DRT1NA0C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Micromotion such as 127727024 equipment made by Micromotion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micromotion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micromotion" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M4000PRC made by Microfast as well as the popular 5PP1200571K04 original spares produced by Mettler
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1856064 by Metramatic and 127727024 spares by Micromotion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
