Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mettler products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mercury parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Genetix product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mettler such as the 58031425 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 560293REV2A manufactured by Mercury and we are pleased to be able to service most Mercury systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MSC190 by Manufacturer Genetix as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Mettler Brand C15059000A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mersen such as M30CC12 equipment made by Mersen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mersen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mersen" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 181573 made by Metso-Automation as well as the popular 19647 original spares produced by Micro-Switch
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NSF150N by Merlin-Gerin and M30CC12 spares by Mersen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D72458ALBSTADT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mettler.
