Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Measurement Specialties M3051-000005-100PG parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Micro-Motion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Minebea-Nmb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Mts product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Micro-Motion such as the CMF050M315PU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NS110A20MP7131S15 manufactured by Minebea-Nmb and we are pleased to be able to service most Minebea-Nmb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 66121A2 by Manufacturer Mts as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Mts Brand GHS0075UF302DE8 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Microe-Systems such as Mercury2000 equipment made by Microe-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Microe-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Microe-Systems" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 75203 made by Mountz as well as the popular 99086039 original spares produced by Micromatic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 80SUM10012SEBS5BSA7 by Motion-Control-Devices and Mercury2000 spares by Microe-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M1124RX Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Merlin.
