Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mayr 01/P60.112.2/230-480V parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Metaphase-Technologies products, including obsoleted and phased-out Measurex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Mcs-(motion-Control-Systems) product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Metaphase-Technologies such as the LL304W24 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5290301 manufactured by Measurex and we are pleased to be able to service most Measurex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B211718 by Manufacturer Mcs-(motion-Control-Systems) as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Mettler-Toledo Brand 52002447 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mettler-Toledo such as TB600488 equipment made by Mettler-Toledo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mettler-Toledo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mettler-Toledo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available Anybus made by Mettler-Toledo as well as the popular QPX2C original spares produced by Metso

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DA70381534 by Mercoid and TB600488 spares by Mettler-Toledo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D201138L Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Metso-Automation.
