Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Micro-Switch products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nais parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Nais product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Micro-Switch such as the 24PC250G spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UZFTP8 manufactured by Nais and we are pleased to be able to service most Nais systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ANR11511 by Manufacturer Nais as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Mhc--S Brand SSR50015K in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Middex-Electronic such as D78582 equipment made by Middex-Electronic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Middex-Electronic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Middex-Electronic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RPS40140 made by Migatron-Corp as well as the popular 18027 original spares produced by Martek
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the STO100 by Montalvo and D78582 spares by Middex-Electronic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 16k Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Md-Totco.
