Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Love Joy VSD-CHM-230-030 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Love-Joy products, including obsoleted and phased-out Industrial-Drive parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Indramat product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Love-Joy such as the VSDCHM230020 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TTE20421011A1F manufactured by Industrial-Drive and we are pleased to be able to service most Industrial-Drive systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC90B0PD1B110A0J1000 by Manufacturer Indramat as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Madison Brand MCLA3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lutze such as 743052 equipment made by Lutze have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lutze products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lutze" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 334640001 made by Magnetek as well as the popular MAC112B0GD4C130A0WI520LS05 original spares produced by Indramat

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LUT1500LUT1500 by Sick and 743052 spares by Lutze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SV0075iS7 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ls.
