Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Link Belt 50SLB23L-0 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Magnavalve products, including obsoleted and phased-out Magnetrol parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Marposs product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Magnavalve such as the FC24 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 705510A3107E1A410021 manufactured by Magnetrol and we are pleased to be able to service most Magnetrol systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3408617824 by Manufacturer Marposs as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Mark-2-Automation Brand EPC3000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Linmot such as C1250IPXC1S000 equipment made by Linmot have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Linmot products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Linmot" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available XT0P12TS made by M2i-Corporation as well as the popular STJ12 original spares produced by Mark-10

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VF1204SG19FA by Lust and C1250IPXC1S000 spares by Linmot are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GPD506VB004 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Magnetek.
