Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Leuze AMS200/200-11 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Comau products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yaskawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Alco-Controls product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Comau such as the CR10155180COMAU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CACRPR03BC3CSY30 manufactured by Yaskawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yaskawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CPS3D208240 by Manufacturer Alco-Controls as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Modicon Brand AMS911000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Honeywell such as C7012F1052 equipment made by Honeywell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Honeywell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Honeywell" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DS200DMCBG1ABB made by Ge as well as the popular CHPE00 original spares produced by Honeywell

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BC1A1SC3N03A101M1E5 by Rosemount and C7012F1052 spares by Honeywell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DS3800HADA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge.
