Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Leeds & Northrup 228261 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hewlett-Packard products, including obsoleted and phased-out Horiba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Hua-Star-Electronic product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hewlett-Packard such as the 0804066501A221204012L spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3479626178 manufactured by Horiba and we are pleased to be able to service most Horiba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HS6024 by Manufacturer Hua-Star-Electronic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Agilent Brand 6631B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hope such as HISUM19CGBG equipment made by Hope have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hope products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hope" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HE610ASC108 made by Horner as well as the popular 801592 original spares produced by Horton

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HE670ACC100B by Horner and HISUM19CGBG spares by Hope are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HE300GEN100F Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Horner.
