Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kulite HEM-375-7500SG parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Micromatic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leine--Linde parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Metrix product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Micromatic such as the 99086039 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 71781002 manufactured by Leine--Linde and we are pleased to be able to service most Leine--Linde systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1970517 by Manufacturer Metrix as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Leuze Brand ER55450 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Leuze such as 50080242 equipment made by Leuze have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leuze products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leuze" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available F100SR138SU made by Micro-Motion as well as the popular 363010791284 original spares produced by Micron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the a103fmpgtdms1m040c by Magnetrol and 50080242 spares by Leuze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
