Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Krones 0-265-00-028-6 KRV 080-40 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lab-volt products, including obsoleted and phased-out Label-aire parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Label-aire product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lab-volt such as the AM324010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2056 manufactured by Label-aire and we are pleased to be able to service most Label-aire systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 0014581VERB by Manufacturer Label-aire as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Kuka Brand 00109802 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Labeco such as D625001 equipment made by Labeco have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available FE00311 made by Kuka as well as the popular pc1024zlh6k68 original spares produced by Kuroda

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 027394AMNMK3 by Lam-Research and D625001 spares by Labeco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 919130577 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ktron.
