Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kollmorgen PMI 00-01202-113 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Komatsu products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kuka parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Pepperl-+-Fuchs product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Komatsu such as the 20000620 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 69186130 manufactured by Kuka and we are pleased to be able to service most Kuka systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 181004 by Manufacturer Pepperl-+-Fuchs as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Kongsberg Brand 603439 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ac-Servo-Motor such as KK67YYYYY016 equipment made by Ac-Servo-Motor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ac-Servo-Motor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ac-Servo-Motor" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 85E12 made by Kubler as well as the popular FCCIDJH570 original spares produced by Krohne

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DL2501DL2501 by Koyo and KK67YYYYY016 spares by Ac-Servo-Motor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PM6600 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kuka.
