Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK
Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kulicke--Soffa products, including obsoleted and phased-out K-tron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Kyowa product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kulicke--Soffa such as the 02920404600020 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 25153 manufactured by K-tron and we are pleased to be able to service most K-tron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature WGA710B by Manufacturer Kyowa as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Konecranes Brand DMCS07F10P00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kuka such as 014130735 equipment made by Kuka have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kuka products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kuka" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available B404C21 made by Kollmorgen as well as the popular 40TN01NQ93 original spares produced by Krom-Schroder-Vg
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 11111111 by Kollmorgen and 014130735 spares by Kuka are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
