Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Keb 04.F5.S3A-YA50 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Keyence products, including obsoleted and phased-out Keb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Keb product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Keyence such as the MUN11 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A4S4D2A6011 manufactured by Keb and we are pleased to be able to service most Keb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 17F5CBGYA00 by Manufacturer Keb as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Keepkite Brand KLP532MAS1B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kevex such as 4461 equipment made by Kevex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kevex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kevex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available X009053802 made by Kisters as well as the popular LJ7020 original spares produced by Keyence

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5857B11 by Kistler and 4461 spares by Kevex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SP14Q006 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Koe.
