Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Johnson Gear & Mfg. Co SJ600M parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kop-Flex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Love-Joy parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Kop-Flex product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kop-Flex such as the 37347 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 275F8SD manufactured by Love-Joy and we are pleased to be able to service most Love-Joy systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 662384E11 by Manufacturer Kop-Flex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Kop-Flex Brand 102116 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mannesmann such as KBZ71 equipment made by Mannesmann have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mannesmann products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mannesmann" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EHV2120E160 made by Kone as well as the popular 160 original spares produced by Link-Belt

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 51207506 by Kop-Flex and KBZ71 spares by Mannesmann are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KC070CPO7K4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kaydon.
