Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Intelligent Motion Systems M3-3424-IOS parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Gettys products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mannesmann parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Giddings--Lewis product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Gettys such as the M137H60A90YFAB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KBA71 manufactured by Mannesmann and we are pleased to be able to service most Mannesmann systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LSM130102304MOKA by Manufacturer Giddings--Lewis as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Kingmotor Brand LR36807 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mavilor such as M030000220SERMSS equipment made by Mavilor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mavilor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mavilor" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M1030 made by Electro-Craft as well as the popular JMM36161 original spares produced by Baldor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KRQ065NE30 by Yamazaki-Mazak and M030000220SERMSS spares by Mavilor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original K102SGD0115MQ10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Stober.
