Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Industrial Drives BR-4502-1001-F parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Modicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gtr-Brother parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Cegelec product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Modicon such as the BPH095N5CA1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BG31M18010TK4A manufactured by Gtr-Brother and we are pleased to be able to service most Gtr-Brother systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AlspaGD2000E by Manufacturer Cegelec as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Fanuc Brand A8600356T001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Oriental such as A48399015KE equipment made by Oriental have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Oriental products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Oriental" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BPH0953N5AA2CA1 made by Modicon as well as the popular AlphaModelaC122000 original spares produced by Fanuc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AC321R by Ge and A48399015KE spares by Oriental are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AnalogTachometer Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pacific-Scientific.
