Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Hub-city 0250-11126 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Alpha products, including obsoleted and phased-out Warner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Magneta product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Alpha such as the 100SMF1101H1PampG spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 115230460575VAC manufactured by Warner and we are pleased to be able to service most Warner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 145020412 by Manufacturer Magneta as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Dodge Brand 140TC350301 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Reliance such as 180WM28F equipment made by Reliance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 170T10 made by Falk as well as the popular 07916522XG original spares produced by Dodge

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 100HR by Morse and 180WM28F spares by Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1300WL0M1A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Falk.
