Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Hub 3204/022B-68455 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Falk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Browning product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the 5617525 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4115J09C91 manufactured by Falk and we are pleased to be able to service most Falk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5S5V250 by Manufacturer Browning as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Martin Brand 48V1320F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Timken such as 34275DE equipment made by Timken have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Timken products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Timken" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 600WBC1A made by Falk as well as the popular 500022701 original spares produced by Transcold

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4720011639603 by Aeroquip and 34275DE spares by Timken are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5KS215SSP208D9 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Falk.
