Helm Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Helm TPG and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Helm TPG include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the TPG if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our TPG repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hengstler products, including obsoleted and phased-out Honeywell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Hiwin product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hengstler such as the RI58T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7005B1035 manufactured by Honeywell and we are pleased to be able to service most Honeywell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LG35 by Manufacturer Hiwin as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Hewlett-Packard Brand ET201926001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hetronik such as HC510RK4230 equipment made by Hetronik have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hetronik products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hetronik" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 060425603TJG made by Honeywell as well as the popular 2200139 original spares produced by Himatrix
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 40046 by Hohner and HC510RK4230 spares by Hetronik are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MGN12C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hiwin.
