Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Hardy HI3030-PM-AC-4S-EIP-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hbm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Heidenhain parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Heidelberg product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hbm such as the MP85A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LS603c470mm manufactured by Heidenhain and we are pleased to be able to service most Heidenhain systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 537672505 by Manufacturer Heidelberg as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Hart-Scientific Brand 5613 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Harmo such as PCRX1 equipment made by Harmo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Harmo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Harmo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EXE602 made by Heidenhain as well as the popular EXE80820226408 original spares produced by Heidenhain

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ROD42625003S1203 by Heidenhain and PCRX1 spares by Harmo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ROD4261000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Heidenhain.
