Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hirschmann such as the RS200800T1T1SDAP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 58961454 manufactured by Heidenhain and we are pleased to be able to service most Heidenhain systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature G0522582 by Manufacturer Hengstler-Controls as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Heidenhain Brand ROC4135127S758 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Heller such as LMN80 equipment made by Heller have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ROD1420032500 by Heidenhain and LMN80 spares by Heller are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
