Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gurley Precision 2000-53 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hamamatsu products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hauser parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Heidenhain product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hamamatsu such as the HC12421G spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 50P15ELGA1RAOBAAW manufactured by Hauser and we are pleased to be able to service most Hauser systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 23268705 by Manufacturer Heidenhain as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Heidenhain Brand LS303 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Haas such as ILV equipment made by Haas have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Haas products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Haas" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LCD12076 made by Heidenhain as well as the popular ROD3230021024 original spares produced by Heidenhain

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 31221505 by Heidenhain and ILV spares by Haas are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original H4890P1446 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Harland-Simon.
