Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hangkai products, including obsoleted and phased-out Habonim parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Heidenhain product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hangkai such as the 48V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the H20 manufactured by Habonim and we are pleased to be able to service most Habonim systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 39369279 by Manufacturer Heidenhain as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Haldex Brand G1108E1A120N00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hangkai such as OTML282 equipment made by Hangkai have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hangkai products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hangkai" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 751M2 made by Greenlee as well as the popular 53639801 original spares produced by Heidenhain
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 405591 by Halmar-Robicon and OTML282 spares by Hangkai are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XL01V5B3N Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Graseby.
