Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the G&l Beijer Electronics Ab MAC-50 Ver 3.05 type 00921B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Makino products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Num product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Makino such as the PZM028 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NL8060BC2617 manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PLCCNCSystem by Manufacturer Num as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Total-Control Brand opi21100s2p in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Omron such as NT31CST142V2 equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PS510410016 made by Electro-Cam as well as the popular NT620SST212 original spares produced by Omron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NS5TQ11BV2 by Omron and NT31CST142V2 spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original OP5A1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens.
